History

Urban Arts Space (formerly Urban Academy) began in 2009 as part of the Creative Youth Network. 

An after school arts programme providing activities throughout term times and special one off projects during holidays. 

Open to everyone between the ages of 13-19. 

Urban Arts Space provides young people with the chance to get involved in breakdance, graffiti, film-making, DJing, live music and drama.

We offer masterclasses and mentoring with industry professionals within state of the art facilities and with professional equipment, encouraging young people to develop their skills and achieve something special.
