During my work experience I have managed to acknowledge how Youth 4 Youth cooperate with one another. I have even been fortunate enough to partake in a few of their activities. As you can see in these pictures, Youth 4 Youth work at excellent standards when setting up stage electrics. I respect their enthusiasm and commitment to their network. What I enjoyed most is their ability to work at tremendous standards whilst working as a team. It was really interesting to see how well 15 – 17 year olds could gather the maturity to do their job sufficiently. Without having these lights the performance becomes dull and hardly visible. That is why Youth 4 Youth work extra hard just for the enjoyment of the visiting company.

Passive Speakers:
Passive speaker require a separate amplifier in order to produce sound. They are mainly used in concer
ts to increase the sound of the performer. When we use these, difficulty in hearing the performers decreases. This is why these speakers are very important during performances
