The Creative Youth Network is a successful charity organisation that supports young people to reach their potential and lead fulfilling lives by building secure and positive relationships with them based on their individual unique needs. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will manage existing income streams and develop new sources of income, building on its significant property portfolio.  As a crucial part of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and CEO to lead the financial strategy that will support our work with Young People. The Chief Financial Officer will have oversight of and line manage the heads of our fundraising, estates and finance and operations department, and will be responsible for the development of these areas in a strategic context.

You will be an experienced leader at a strategic level with a proven ability to develop commercial income as well as more traditional charity income sources. It is important that you have experience managing senior managers, larger teams, and are able to foster an inclusive, sympathetic and developmental environment. You will have experience of developing robust and adaptable financial systems to cope with organisational growth. You will need to be able to analyse and act upon complex information and data, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
