We are looking to recruit a worker who has experience of supporting young people who are offenders or at risk of offending. You will be flexible, driven, compassionate and highly skilled. You will be required to work creatively with young people to help them achieve positive outcomes and to reduce offending behaviour.

The role will also involve providing information, advice and guidance to help young people access and sustain education, employment or training. The role will include some open access evening work as well as individual interventions and small group work. You must be prepared to work across our various sites to support the needs of the role and the company.

Please note: This is classed as a permanent post, but is part funded by the Gwyneth Forrester Trust for an initial period of 18 months.

Salary: £21,943 per annum (Grade 2.4)

Hours: 40 Hours per week
