The successful candidates will be delivering the aims and objectives of the brand new and exciting West of England Works project.

West of England Works is a large scale project involving a number of different organisations and delivery partners. The hope is that the project will support at least 1537 young people and adults (participants) into gaining employment through a community-based support programme.

Please note - One post will be based at Creative Youth Network and one will be based at 1625 Independent People. However there will be a one team approach.

The roles will involve a significant amount of 1:1 work – this will include helping young people to create Individual Action Plans, identifying barriers to accessing education, employment and training and supporting young people to remain in a positive destination. There will be a requirement to work closely with other organisations and specialist providers to provide young people with full, holistic support.

We require candidates who are passionate, professional and conscientious. We are also looking for candidates with a driving licence and own transport.

If you want to help change young people’s lives and  join a busy and vibrant team – we want to hear from you.

Salary: £21,943 (Grade 2.4)

Hours: 40 Hours Per week (Full time, permanent)
