As part of the Southwest Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Collaborative (CYPIAPT), we are looking to recruit two wellbeing practitioners to manage a caseload of young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, whilst completing a postgraduate qualification.

You will be an experienced youth worker with knowledge of child and adolescent development and the role of the family in supporting children and young people’s emotional wellbeing. You will have a psychology or other health/social care/youth related undergraduate degree.

The recruitment process will be a quick one, as the successful candidates will need to start the part time course at Exeter University at the end of April 2018. Please note the interview date is fixed and cannot be changed.

This post is based in Bristol, with study in Exeter. Travel and subsistence are reimbursed

Salary: £21,052 Per Annum

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (full time)

This is initially a training post, with the intention that the contract becomes permanent at the end of that period.
