Creative Youth Network work with thousands of young people each year in South Glos through our open access youth sessions. We provide a range of activities such as cooking, sports, arts and crafts and music to unlock young people’s potential.

Youth Activities Facilitators will play an important role in ensuring young people build positive relationships with trusted adults, through varied activities to enable them to unlock their potential. Youth Activities Volunteers facilitate activities for young people during the open sessions. We are looking for volunteers to facilitate sports, creative and cooking activities, and are very open to other suggestions of any skills volunteers might be able to share with young people.

The ideal candidates will have experience of activities such as sports, arts and cooking, being able to plan, deliver and evaluate sessions, whilst also being able to work as part of a team, and support young people from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds. Experience of working with young people is preferable but not essential, but a non-judgmental and team player attitude is required!
