Young people used applique, image transfer printing and hand embroidery to create a piece of clothing relating to the theme 'Día de Muertos’ or 'Day of the Dead'.

Using these techniques they developed their own designs which were to become the decoration on a hood that they were constructing. Inspired by imagery and films on the theme, they experimented with different surface design techniques.

Everyone was very excited to model their work to an audience but in these strange times we hope you enjoy these beautiful photos of everything they created.
