What's On Summer Wellbeing Workshops Learn how to look after your wellbeing in a safe and supportive space. Build new relationships and make friends. Have fun, go walking in nature and take part in a free BBQ! Are you 11-19 years old and need help with your mental health? Our wellbeing practitioners are here to help. This is a small group workshop, flexible and adaptable, responsive to the wellbeing needs of young people attending. We'll be talking about the language of mental health and illness, bust myths and address stigma, and getting to know each other within a safe and fun environment. These workshops will be focused around peer support, so that we can work together to support one another All our groups run in groups of 15, in line with government advice (youth group meet-ups are exempt from the 6 person rule). We respect social distance when meeting up, we make sure the spaces we meet in are thoroughly cleaned regularly and provide you with hand sanitiser and masks when needed.
