Join a friendly small group of young people in South Gloucestershire and get support from wellbeing practitioners through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques.

Are you 11-19 years old and need help with your mental health? Our wellbeing practitioners are here to help. This is a small group workshop, flexible and adaptable, responsive to the wellbeing needs of young people attending.

We'll be talking about the language of mental health and illness, bust myths and address stigma, and getting to know each other within a safe and fun environment. These workshops will be focused around peer support, so that we can work together to support one another.

You need to book before you come to one of our sessions, so please get in touch.
