Yo I’m Ash Kayser, I’m a graphic artist, graphic designer and poet. You can see my work over @aaalvk.

I’m interested in all things visual, but work mostly in branding, publication and motion design. My own practice is centred around the experimentation of letterforms and typography. Often influenced by a random thought like ‘can I typeface fit into a cube’? Or an everyday object, like a beer can or a shopping list; of which I’ve collected hundreds of, and showcased into respective books.

On the Creative Workforce for the Future program, I’ve worked for Spike Island as a digital content creator, Bricks Bristol Charity as an in-house designer and for Mr. B & Friends design agency as a creative intern.

Following the placement I’m going to take the next step into the design industry and land my first full-time design roll, whilst also exploring my own practice further and continuing to take on freelance opportunities.
