Download the app and allow the app to have access to your GPS/location services. The home page is the ‘workout’ section of the app. Use the stopwatch icon in the bottom navigation bar to return back to this page if you need to.

Set your workout details, in this case you will want to select ‘walk’. Return to the workout page and press ‘start workout’.

Begin walking and check that the app is tracking your activity.

Once you have finished your walk press the pause button, hold to finish and then save.

Click on the GPS map of your own personal walk where it will become enlarged.

Select ‘satellite’ on the far right of the navigation bar.

Make sure you can see your entire personal map and screenshot.

Scroll down to the summary section and make note of the distance and duration of your walk.
