#CreativeYOU | Creative Showcase 2020Our Creative Courses regularly bring together young people aged 11-16 from diverse backgrounds, in community settings across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. During the autumn-winter term we started some of the courses in person but due to the second lockdown we had to move them all online after half term. Young people developed new skills and resilience through creativity. Creative practitioners delivered Fashion, Puppet Making, Craft & Textiles, Animation and Podcasting courses, enabling young people to express themselves creatively. We hope you enjoy the uplifting and inspiring work you can find documented below. Young people worked on the theme of #CreativeYOU, our campaign which champions the right of every young person to access creativity and development opportunities in the creative and cultural industries. Well done to every single one of you for finding inspiration and expressing yourselves and your emotions through creativity!
