We're very excited that Kayleigh went to Twickenham to watch the England rugby team training and meet Prince Harry.

Kayleigh is a sports apprentice with us. She works with other young people at Hillfields Youth Centre to motivate them through training, teamwork and exercise. She has joined us through Coach Core, an apprenticeship programme that improves the availability and quality of sports coaching. It also creates much needed employment for young people.

Coach Core is a project by the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry. In his new role as Patron of the Rugby Football Union (RFU), Prince Harry attended the England rugby team open training session at Twickenham Stadium last Friday.

We nominated Kayleigh to join him, as she's gone above and beyond for our young people. She not only organises sports activities in our sessions, but has got some young people so enthused they now go with her to Barton Hill Rugby Club on Sundays to practice some more.

Kayleigh's manager, Tina Bond, said:

"Kayleigh is a bright young person who hasn't had the opportunity to shine yet. We have given her the support, skills and mentor that she needs to develop and she's embraced the chance."

We're delighted Kayleigh has been chosen as one of the lucky 20 young people to join Prince Harry at Twickenham. It's a great coaching experience that we hope she learns from and applies in our youth clubs.

We're very proud of her and grateful to have her on our team. All of our work is based on building relationships with young people. Kayleigh's ability to empathise with others and get them enthusiastic about sports means she's a valuable member of our team.
