The poem that struck me significantly was 'A Passing Question'. It reminded me of a very familiar but unexplainable feeling I get when I walk around the city alone. My painting evokes the sequences we perform when we walk by another person. When to look when not to look, finding purpose and sharing a space publicly.

About Georgina Murray

Originally I'm from Stafforshire, but I've been living in Bristol for nearly five years. I use subjects as a tool to create narrative based paintings and drawings; sometimes dabbling in printmaking. I enjoy making painful/odd images look juicy and indulgent - always hoping it sparks a feeling of relatability in the viewer.
