Creativity and Social Impact

Here you can learn about our Creative Youth Workers, a unique role that bridges the gap between youth services and creative delivery. Creative activities are transformative and provide young people with an engaging outlet, the chance to share their experiences, and discuss topics that are affecting them.
Creative Activities

Here you can find creative activities that we have found to be useful engagement tools when working with young people either 1:1 or in a group setting. They require just a few simple materials and no experience is necessary to be able to deliver or do them. It can be a helpful way to sit down and start a conversation with a young person or as a new skill to build on their confidence.

Who we are

Creative Youth Network is a registered charity based in Bristol, in the South West of England. We are youth workers, professional artists, freelancers, volunteers and campaigners. We help all young people to reach their potential and live fulfilling lives, by building secure, positive relationships with them based on the unique needs of each person.
Refer a young person

It is with regret that we are now closed to referrals to the Targeted Youth Service (TYS) as of Wednesday 15th March. However, BDP are still accepting referrals for all young people age 11+ who are involved with substances and/or affected by family use.
The Station

The Station is Bristol's Central Youth Hub and we have a session every night, Monday to Friday. Come and learn new skills, hang out with friends in the evenings, and get support – all in a relaxed, creative environment.
Creative Programmes

We believe in the power of creativity, and the unique way in which this can allow self-expression and unlock young people’s potential. From local art clubs up to support for emerging young artists, musicians, performers and creatives, we want young people from all backgrounds to have access to creativity.
