Our Creative Youth Workers combine youth work experience with a specialist art form, across spoken word, music, circus skills, visual arts, graffiti and more. They are able to work individually, in group sessions and on specific courses with young people to grow self-expression, boost confidence, improve well-being, and inspire personal transformation.

By having a local approach and a consistent person working with the young people throughout their creative journey we are able to connect with young people who would not normally have the opportunity to take part. We use creative engagement tools which spark an interest and build a trusted relationship which enables the young people to gain confidence to try new things. This way of working has a proven impact on things such as young people's communication, self-confidence, positive relationships, and mental health and allows them to grow and develop in new ways.
