Want to learn how to look after your wellbeing in a safe and supportive space?

Are you 11-19 years old and need help with your mental health? Our wellbeing practitioners are here to help. This is a small group workshop, flexible and adaptable, responsive to the wellbeing needs of young people attending.

We'll be talking about the language of mental health and illness, bust myths and address stigma, and getting to know each other within a safe and fun environment. These workshops will be focused around peer support, so that we can work together to support one another

You'll learn techniques on how to look after your wellbeing and mental health in a positive and safe space.
