You know how people ask: what's heavier? A tonne of feathers or a tonne of gold? And you want to say the gold, cause in your mind, it's heavy. But both weigh the same because you haven't said how many feathers or how much gold. That's how we can make change - we are many so our voices, together, are just as important as other people who are considered more. So let's gather a tonne of feathers. - young person in Arts Club group

"A tonne of feathers" is our action towards engaging you with under-represented young people's voices. Through a series of artistic interventions, we are engaging a wide range of young people and empowering them to enact positive change in their lives.
We have commissioned talented emerging artists to engage with young people in our small targeted groups, working together to capture and share the voices of young people in Bristol.
Thank you to Comic Relief and Arts Council England for funding this project.
"A tonne of feathers" has enabled us to develop paid opportunities for emerging talent in Bristol. Meet the young artists who are working with young people in small targeted groups to get their voices heard, and our Creative Youth Network team who will support them on this journey Read more
